Meeting on organization of control and supervisory activities using risk-based approach

According to order of the Federal Service on Surveillance for Consumer rights protection and human well-being dated 25.05.2015 № 464 «Implementation risk- oriented approach in control activity of territorial body of the Federal Service on Customers' Rights Protection and Human Well-being Surveillance» 3 June 2014. The Perm region Government of the Federal Service on Surveillance for Consumer rights protection and human well-being in order to the Federal Scientific Center for Medical and Preventive Health Risk Management Technologies based on scientific center held a meeting concerning the implementation risk-oriented approach for control and supervisory activities and the formation of the plan of scheduled check for 2016.

The meeting was attended by 22 experts of the Federal Service on Surveillance for Consumer rights protection and human well-being of the Government Tatarstan Republic, Chuvashia, Mari El, Mordovia, Udmurt Republic, Samara, Saratov, Penza, NizhniNovgorod, Ulyanovsk and Perm regions.

The meeting was devoted to the detail analysis of legal and methodical basics of the classification of the objects of surveillance due to injury risk (professor Nina V. Zaitseva, deputy director Lyudmila N. Akimova, professor Irina V. May, Dmitry A. Kiryanov, Ph.D. in engineering). The participants from the regions have improved the skills of filing the registers and the classification of the object of surveillance (senior scientist Babina S.V., scientific employee Chigvintsev V.M.). Experts of the Perm region share their experience of plan formations for 2016 under risk-oriented model activity (Lebedeva E.V., Kostarev V.G.) It was a constructive lively discussion concerning the risk-oriented model activity of service.
