Methodical Guidelines
A list of current methodical guidelines on the determination of chemical compounds and hazardous substances in human bio-samples and environmental media, which have been developed by the Center research team over the period 1999-2012.
The methodical guidelines were developed in accordance with the National Standard of the Russian Federation – GOST R 8.563-96 - State System for Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements. Procedures of Measurements.
- МУК 4.1.763—99: A gas chromatographic method for the quantitative determination of acetone in bio-samples (urine).
- МУК 4.1.764—99: A gas chromatographic method for the quantitative determination of saturated (hexane, heptane) and aromatic (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-, m-, p-xylene) hydrocarbons in bio-samples (urine).
- МУК 4.1.765—99: A gas chromatographic method for the quantitative determination of aromatic (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-, m-, p-xylene) hydrocarbons in bio-samples (blood).
- МУК 4.1.766—99: A gas chromatographic method for the quantitative determination of aromatic amino compounds (aniline, N-methylaniline, о-toluidine, N,N-dimethylaniline, N-ethylaniline, N,N-diethylaniline) in bio-samples (urine).
- МУК 4.1.767—99: A gas chromatographic method for the quantitative determination of aromatic amino compounds (aniline, N- methylaniline, о- toluidine, N-dimethylaniline, N-ethylaniline, N,N-diethylaniline) in bio-samples (blood).
