Summary: This paper concerns immune disorders in children living in polluted areas, and the application of immunomodulation therapy in immune dysfunction. We have carried out a comparative analysis of clinical efficacy of immunomodulators having different mechanisms of action. We recommend that children with transitory immune dysfunction induced by exposure to chemical factors of technogenic origin should be treated with Polyoxidonium and Imunofan.
