FIELD: medicine, sanitary toxicology.
SUBSTANCE: one should conduct acidification of urinary sample, introduction of salting out agent, the treatment with extragent-butylacetate together with camphor, extract centrifuging, its chromatographic study followed by determination of 2-chlorophenol amount according to calibrating plot. It, also, refers to multi-component samples by simultaneously providing selectivity and availability of the method for serial assays.
EFFECT: higher sensitivity and accuracy of determination.
