Grant support for projects in 2021
The Ministry of Education and Science of Perm Krai supported two projects submitted by the FBSI Medical and Preventive Health Risk Management Technologies and planned for implementation in 2021.
In 2021 scientific and practical journal "Health Risk Analysis» publishing will be supported by Perm region. The journal has been published quarterly since 2013 and has been included in the SCOPUS database since 2018. Over the past two years, the journal has grown from 15-16 to 18-20 articles per issue and from 80-90 pages to 200 pages.
Over the past year, the journal has published articles by authors from 46 regions of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Sweden, Norway, Canada, Italy, and the USA.
The journal has demonstrated a constant movement forward. The editorial staff of journal set themselves the goals of entering the PubMed, WoS database and increasing the quartile in the SCOPUS database. The journal publishes the results of original scientific research in the field of hygiene, epidemiology, toxicology, sociology, associated with the health risk methodology.
The journal aims to expand the interregional and international exchange of new knowledge and best practices in various areas of preventive medicine and state control and supervision. In 2021, it is planned to devote a significant part of the materials to the national projects ‘Ecology’, ‘Demography’, ‘Health’.
The second supported project is ‘The XI All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference with International Participation’ Health Risk Analysis: Environmental, Social, Medical and Behavioral Aspects’, May 2021. The aim of the project is to organize effective scientific communication in the field of methodological and practical approaches to the analysis of health risks and the prevention of non-infectious diseases for the tasks of reducing and preventing the negative impact of environmental and working environment factors on public health, ensuring hygienic safety and sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population of Russian regions. Effective communication even more is important during the pandemic, when the communication process has moved into online mode.
The scientific directions of the discussion are:
- Public health as an indicator and criterion for environmental and socio-economic processes.
- Environmental health: risk factors, diagnosis, prevention of disorders.
- Social, hygienic and behavioral factors of health risks for workers.
- Lifestyle as a condition of preservation of a nation's health.
- Social and socio-economic risks to health.
- Risk management and sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.
Discussion is also aimed at exchanging experience and a wide range of scientific and methodological problems on the effectiveness and efficiency of measures within the framework of the federal projects ‘Clean Water’ and ‘Clean Air’, ‘Demography’.
Conference Proceedings will be published in Russian and in English and indexed by the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) database and in the future by the international scientific citation database.
