The active work is being continued on implementation of the ‘Regulatory guillotine’ mechanism in control and supervision activities

From September – December 2019 the stuff of the Scientific Center continued the active work on implementation of the ‘Regulatory guillotine’ mechanism. This mechanism is prescribed the reformation of the control and supervision activity and supposed the analysis and revision of the current legal acts with regards to updating the obligatory requirements for business.

The major work on designing of the hygienic standards for chemical pollutants in atmospheric air, including average annual, has been carried out by the specialists of the Scientific Center.

More than 40 documents containing outdated sanitary and epidemiological requirements have been revised, and the new sanitary rules have been developed to ensure safety in providing services to the population. The work on the further updating the regulatory framework in the area of sanitary legislation continues.
