On the 15th of May the IX All-Russian Conference with international participation "Risk analysis current issues when providing sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and protection of consumers rights" begins its work in Perm

On the 15th of May, 2019 the ninth All-Russian Conference with international participation "Risk analysis current issues when providing sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and protection of consumers rights" of the Federal Service on Customers' Rights Protection and Human Well-Being Surveillance begins its work in Perm.

Rospotrebnadzor started to implement number of national projects measures, including “Demography” and “Ecology”, aimed at solving such strategic development tasks of the Russian Federation as increasing the country population, reducing mortality rate, raising the living standard of citizens.

As part of the federal project “Strengthening public health” currently being implemented in the country, the main efforts are focused on improving the nutrition quality and safety that should ensure the children and adolescents health, as well as current and future generations. A system of monitoring the actual nutritional status of various population groups is being established, linking the health state with the nutrition structure and the food products quality, and instrumentation base deep modernization of testing laboratory centers is carried out. Scientific research is devoted to assessing and minimizing health risks issues associated with consumer products in the consumer market of the country. In the national project "Ecology" and first of all the federal projects "Clean Water" and "Clean Air" implementation, the Federal Service is improving the social and hygienic monitoring system, with in-depth air and water quality assessment, and influence of environmental factors on health comprehensive analysis. A number of reports presented in the program are devoted to modern methods and high-tech support methods for hygienic research, investigations, and examinations in the field of sanitary and epidemiological population well-being. There will be reports on the legal aspects of the risks to public health analysis under various factors of the external influence, industrial environment (chemical, physical). Moreover managing the risk to the health of children and adolescents issues are among the topics studied.

To solve the extending labor longevity problem (the federal project “The Older Generation”), occupational hygiene, including the assessment and monitoring of the working environment and working conditions factors, as well as reliable informing of employees and motivation for a healthy lifestyle, has a significant importance. In the framework of this direction, the conference will present relevant developments in the field of predictive medicine, diagnosis, correction and prevention of health disorders associated with the production factors influence.

Within the framework of the conference, a competition of works of young scientists and specialists of Rospotrebnadzor is held.
