An instructional guidelines project “The procedure for detection and identifying hazardous, unintentionally present and undeclared chemicals in food products and food raw materials” was developed jointly with the Federal Supervision Agency for Customer protection and Human Welfare, FBHI Federal Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology. The document is under consideration in the Federal Supervision Agency for Customer protection and Human Welfare. This document will provide additional control over food safety.
