Dmitry M. Shlyapnikov received a degree of the Candidate of Medical Science

On the 14th of March 2017 the thesis on competition of a scientific degree of candidate of medical sciences in specialty "14.02.01 - Hygiene" has been successfully defended by the head of the department for health risk analysis - Dmitry M. Shlyapnikov.

The topic is "Hygienic assessment of arterial hypertension risk and the preventive measures for its minimization in workers occupied in enterprises for potassium salts extraction in underground mining operations". The work was conducted on the basis of the FBIS "Federal Scientific Center for Medical and Preventive Health Risk Management Technologies".The dissertation was defended at the meeting of the Dissertation Council D 208.008.06 of the "Volgograd State Medical University" of the Russian Ministry of health.
