PhD thesis defended by Andrey L. Gusev

On the 28th of March 2014 Andrey L. Gusev has successfully defended his thesis for the degree of doctor of technical sciences on specialty “05.13.01 - system analysis, management and information processing” at Dissertation Council meeting D 212.105.03 in the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “South-West State University” The title of the thesis is "Theoretical basics, methods and algorithms for decision making in cascade risk management of one of a number of simultaneously management organizations." The scientific work is implemented on the base of the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “Perm State National Research University " and FBSI “Federal Scientific Center for Medical and Preventive Health Risk Management Technologies”.
