A National “Science to Practice” Conference with International Participation is to be held in May 15-17, 2013

In accordance with the plan of major events of the Federal Service on Customers' Rights Protection and Human Well-Being Surveillance in 2013, the FBSI “Federal Scientific Center for Medical and Preventive Health Risk Management Technologies” hosts a National “Science to Practice” Conference with International Participation “Current Trends in the Development of Social and Environmental Health Monitoring and Health Risk Analysis” in May 15-17, 2013. Among the main conference topics are:

• issues of improving the social and environmental health monitoring system
• the assessment and proof of human health harm as objectives of state control and surveillance
• the scientific bases for the harmonization of Russian health requirements and standards, including those in the field of technical regulation, with international requirements
• good laboratory practice to ensure social and environmental health monitoring and risk analysis
