Participation in the 6th SETAC World Congress in Berlin

On 20-24 May 2012, 6th SETAC World Congress "Securing a Sustainable Future: Integrating Science, Policy and People" took place in Berlin. The Federal Scientific Center for Medical and Preventive Health Risk Management Technologies was represented by Dr Svetlana V. Kleyn, PhD, Head of Social and Hygiene Monitoring Laboratory. She presented her poster presentation "Health Risk Assessment and Economic Damage Due to Environmental Pollution in a Large Industrial Centre" during a poster session.

Also, Svetlana V. Kleyn took a short course "Modelling Human and Ecosystems Exposures and Impacts for Life-cycle Assessment: the USEtox model" taught by the instructor Thomas McKone from the University of California.
