Method of quantitative determination of allergen-specific immunoglobulins E in serum (plazma) blood

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of carrying out immunological analysis, namely, to method of quantitative determination of allergen-specific immunoglobulins E in serum (plasma) blood. Method involves addition to analyzed sample the material in the form of cellulose backing containing allergen to be tested. Two samples of analyzed specimen are used. Allergen to be tested is added to the first sample and material no containing to the second sample, the total content of in sample is carried out material from samples. Amount of immunoglobulins E is estimated by difference in experimental and control sample.

EFFECT: increased precision of assay.
