FIELD: analytical methods in toxicology.
SUBSTANCE: two chemicals are extracted with heptane at acidic pH achieved by addition of oxalic acid in presence of sodium chloride desalting agent followed by chromatography involving absolute calibration technique.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity and accuracy of analysis.
