On May 15-16, in Perm, the IX All-Russian Conference “Risk Analysis Current Issues in Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population and Consumer Rights Protection” was held, and attended by scientists from 68 regions of the Russian Federation, as well as from countries of near and far abroad: France, Sweden, USA, Vietnam, the Republic of Belarus; the representatives of large industrial enterprises, such as the “Rusal” United Company and others.
On the 15th of May, 2019 the ninth All-Russian Conference with international participation "Risk analysis current issues when providing sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and protection of consumers rights" of the Federal Service on Customers' Rights Protection and Human Well-Being Surveillance begins its work in Perm.
On May 8, 2009, the Perm Research Clinical Institute of Children's Ecopathology was reorganized into the Federal Scientific Center for Medical and Preventive Health Risk Management Technologies of Federal Service for Surveillance on Customers Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing by order of the Russian Federation Government. This was recognition of the team high qualifications and the importance of the research performed. A new stage of scientific organization development has begun.

The Conference is an interdisciplinary event and is dedicated to researches for improving local and national public health using the best experience and will bring together scientists and health professionals from all over Russia and international experts.
Prospects for cooperation between the Federal Scientific Center for Medical and Preventive Health Risk Management Technologies were discussed at the meeting of the Governor of Perm Krai and the Scientific Director and the Director of the research Center.
In the framework of the Government of the Russian Federation order implementation, dated of 19.08.2017 No. 1789-p on the provision of scientific, methodological, material and technical support to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to counter the threats of infectious diseases and the risks associated with hazardous chemicals from December 17 to 22, 2018 researchers from the National Institute for Food Control (Hanoi, SRV) visited Dr. Tran Cao Son and Mr. Bui Cao Tien to the Federal Scientific Center for Medical and Preventive Health Risk Management Technologies (Perm, RF).
In September-October 2018, specialists of the Federal Budgetary Scientific Institution “Federal Research Center for Medical and Preventive Health Risk Management Technologies” of Rospotrebnadzor were engaged as experts to study the situation in the northern part of the Crimea peninsula. The purpose of the work was to identify, quantify and prove the presence or absence of a relationship between children's health disorders and exposure to chemical factors in the zone of influence of enterprises producing titanium dioxide and sulfuric acid.
The research team of the Federal Research Center for Medical and Preventive Health Risk Management Technologies of Rospotrebnadzor has developed an unparalleled information and expert (IES) system) “Assessment and Forecast of Individual Risk of Respiratory Disease development. Active prevention program”. It allows assessing and predicting the individual risk of respiratory diseases development, when exposed to a complex of heterogeneous factors for the development of scientific-based personalized prevention technologies.
An instructional guidelines project “The procedure for detection and identifying hazardous, unintentionally present and undeclared chemicals in food products and food raw materials” was developed jointly with the Federal Supervision Agency for Customer protection and Human Welfare, FBHI Federal Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology. The document is under consideration in the Federal Supervision Agency for Customer protection and Human Welfare. This document will provide additional control over food safety.
Nurislamova T.V., the Deputy Head of the Department of Analytical Chemistry Analysis of Federal Scientific Center for Medical and Preventive Health Risk Management Technologies, Doctor of Biological Science, gave a talk on topic "The Experience of the Russian Federation in the development of methods for controlling the N-nitrosoamine level in food (baby canned meat)" at the Food Control Conference FCC held from 4 to 5 October 2018 in Hanoi (Vietnam).
